Before admitting my friends' grandmother, I was hesitant. Because I heard most health facilities mistreat the elderly, however, I discovered I was wrong. The staff is amazing and are caring for her as we speak. Thanks, Accordius Health for giving me a reason to believe in people.

If I could give no stars I would. Seem like my family has to get a lawyer to deal with this company. My aunt recently passed away and her statements does not add up with what she was being charged. And whenever the tome came to speak to the on-site manager they are never available! This is a disgrace!

This place is definitely unprofessional the workers there are very rude and disrespectful to the patients I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!! The workers and not concerned about there patients my mother kept telling the aid that the bed kept moving every time she got in her bed and they didn’t do anything so she fell out the bed they didn’t examine her to see if she broke anything or made a attempt to call the ambulance to check her. Also the person who answers the phone name Colen is very rude and unprofessional. There where no mangers on site to speak to.

After purchasing 2 new phones, and having Spectrum TRY to service my mother-in-laws phone and cable (a number of times and all service calls were cancelled at the door), I find out that Accordius will not allow them in there and the residents must use another service. She has been without a phone for more than 2 months, which is about all the elderly people have, and we have been paying for service that cannot be used!! This is beyond ridiculous!!

This place is a joke my mother is there now and they have lost her clothes, barely helped her at all, leave her on a bed pan for over a hour, also to top it off other then one or two of the staff they are useless. To make matters worse she just had another person staying there across the hall try to get in her bed with her. These people can’t even do what they are paid to do.

My Mom is here & they treat her like a queen!! She said she was treated like a celebrity. Staff goes out of their way to make sure her needs are met & she's comfortable. When a sitter's not with her, the nurses take her to their station & give her a pen & paper so she can make her grocery list. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking rehab
