Cottage Homes - Independent Living
Our most independent living option on campus would be our Cottage Homes. We have 22 cottages which are separated from the main building at 1,670 sq ft. With the same floorplan throughout, they are a two bedroom, two bath with a two-car garage. I've attached a few things to review-a site plan of where our cottages are located, floorplan, dining packages and our membership information. Our cottages have a One-time Membership Fee of $15,000 that would be paid upfront once you accept a cottage offer. This does include 15 meals per person, and monthly housekeeping service. Our cottages can range from $6,400-$6,900 per month and do have a second occupant fee if that applies.
Independent Living Options
Here in independent living, we have both one and two-bedroom options ranging from 530 sq ft. to 1,200 sq ft. We offer a wide variety of calendar activities as well as a community atmosphere with a full-service dining room, theatre and fitness center. We also have an onsite home care agency called Living Well at Home that serves our independent living residents, in the event care services are needed. We often refer to it as a bridge to Assisted Living for those that have many independent skills but need some personal care. I have a few things attached-a site plan to see the whole community and independent living floors, the personalized service package choices-every resident is able to customize the frequency of meals and housekeeping and the menu of services for Living Well at Home that gives you an idea of what packages we offer or a la carte services are available.
One-bedroom Apartment Options
We have One-bedroom apartment options that vary in floorplan like sunroom, screen porch or open an concept that we call a deluxe. These units have a $6,500 Community Fee, much like an entrance fee and per month start at $3,300 for the base rent.
Two-bedroom Apartment Options
Our Two-bedroom apartment options include a Two Bedroom Standard or Deluxe ranging from 905 sq ft-1,200 sq ft. These apartments have a $15,000 Community Fee, again much like an entrance fee and per month start at $4,600 for the base rent.
Lease Agreements
Our Lease agreements here in Independent Living are typically month to month, so very flexible.
Kitchen Amenities
We have full kitchens here in the community, all appliances are included.
Continuum of Care
We offer a full continuum of care-Assisted Living and Memory Care are conveniently located right on campus if needed at a later date.
