Great and beautiful place to live!!
Would be zero stars if I could. Most unprofessional place I have ever witnessed in my entire life. Management laughs at concerns. No communication period. Anytime I have visited, always short and would actually bribe their workers to work, but management wouldn’t lift a finger to help. Until the unprofessional management is gone you’re better off moving to Colorado.
Spring Wind agreed to work with Professor Minton's Marketing class. They allowed us to create a marketing plan for them. It was great working with the staff there! Anna and Jessica are both super friendly people and the facility is great. Before my grandparents passed I visited them often so, I've seen quality assisted living and nursing homes before. I would recommend Spring Wind to someone looking for a safe and friendly environment. Spring Wind has an abundance of quality amenities such as their theater, hair salon and pool table. The residents seemed really happy there. And they even have a therapy goat! It may sound corny but the thing that stuck out to me was the name placards. They have a gold placard for each room and each resident. In all the facilities I've visited I had never seen that level of quality.. until I went to Spring Wind. I recommend contacting them so you can take a tour yourself!
