A dreadful place: loses patient property, understaffed to extremes, dreadful food, frequently served late, medications arrive late to facility, and in dispensing. Notified staff of losses, especially to laundry: still no follow-up or finding of items 4 months later. Sandals will cost more than $80 to replace (can prove they were brought to facility while I was there), somehow lost in room.
