Availability and Waitlist
We currently have availability for one-bedroom/one-bath and one-bedroom/two-bath units. However, our two-bedroom units have a waitlist of 2-3 years.

Professional Staff and Training
Our facility has a team of wellness staff available 24/7, trained to administer medications and assist with various daily activities. They receive ongoing training through educational videos and in-person sessions. Additionally, we have a licensed nurse on duty five days a week to provide further medical care and support.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We prioritize the health and safety of our residents with annual physicals, individual care plans, emergency pull cords, and wearable pendants for added safety. Regular wellness check-ins and a robust enrichment program, including exercise classes and health benefit lectures, are also in place.
Transition Support Services
We collaborate with moving companies that provide project managers to facilitate transitions and have a "Welcoming Committee" to orient new residents to community living.
Transportation Services
Transportation services within a 10-mile radius are included in the package.
Dining Experience
Our residence boasts a beautiful dining room and patio, catering to specific dietary restrictions with table service on weekdays and buffet style on weekends. Three meals a day are provided, with dinner included in the monthly fees.
Complaint Resolution Process
Residents can report complaints to their floor representatives or the Executive Director for prompt resolution.
Communication with Residents' Families
With the resident's permission, we can inform their family of any updates. In certain cases, a Durable Power of Attorney for medical decisions may be required.

Yes, we offer short-term or respite stays. Rates range from $447 to $664 per night, with respite stays offered at $210 per night.
