Our Independent Living Community is staffed with dedicated professionals including Wait/Kitchen Staff, Concierge, Maintenance, Activity Director, and a Sales Department. Each team member undergoes specific training relevant to their role to ensure the highest quality of service and efficiency within our community.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have a Concierge available at the front desk every day until 11:30 pm. Residents have the option to seek a provider for Life Alert assistance. Additionally, Emergency Personnel have access to our community 24/7.
Transition Support Services
We assist new residents in their transition into our community by providing a list of recommended movers and downsizing experts.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation services within a 10-mile radius of our community at no extra cost, facilitating easy access to local amenities and appointments.
Dining Experience
Our dining services are available Monday-Saturday with restaurant-style service, featuring a Large Menu and Daily Specials Menu. Sundays are marked by a Brunch Buffet. Two meals daily are included in the rent cost.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Our Executive Director is always on-site to assist with any complaints or issues, ensuring residents' concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Cost of Living
The cost of living in our community ranges from $2,949-$5,019, with seven different floor plans available. Pricing includes two meals daily, utilities (except for Phone and WIFI), housekeeping twice a month, maintenance and repairs, activities, and transportation.
Communication with Residents' Families
Communication is primarily with the resident unless there is a request to communicate with their families regarding their well-being.

We do not offer short-term or respite stays.

Residents are not able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations within the community.

Residents are able to stay in our community as long as they remain independent. Once medical services are needed, they would transition to Assisted Living.
