The Watermark is beautiful, and the food is great. But the assisted living was not a good fit for our Mom. We ended up moving her to another nearby location, which has been fabulous.

A beautiful place with good hospitality warm and friendly staff who I enjoy working with from Physical therapy to occupational therapy CNA’s dietitian and my supervisors. Most importantly the care and safety of each patient is prioritized. I have great support from my superiors and peers. Management has an open door policy which I love! great for communicating. A non-discriminating environment multi-cultural and embarrassing. Certainly a great working experience for me.

My mom moved to Independent Living at The Watermark several years ago. By her own account (and ours too), it was the best thing that she did during this time of her life. Having her close to us, and at the same time, for her to have her own sense of community, meals and activities with friends has been great. From the very beginning of the pandemic, the Watermark leadership and staff have done a tremendous job in helping to keep everyone safe, communicated regularly with residents and their families, and provided vaccinations for residents as soon as they were eligible. Most recently, when my mom needed some extra help, the Executive Director and her team were there for her essential and extra needs. We highly recommend The Watermark at 3030 Park.

My mother was a resident at 3030 and now my aunt is a resident there. The care and compassion of the staff has been outstanding. It gives me great comfort knowing that they were/are safe and well cared for. I am fortunate that I live in Fairfield, so I can visit often. The staff is also very gracious to the families of the residents.

Watermark at 3030 Park has been a tremendous support to my mother. After moving from Florida they helped her to transition and support her. This was not an easy accomplishment especially since it was in the middle of the pandemic.

We are so thrilled with the Watermark! My mom and my mother in law both live there, in independent living. The facility is clean, well cared for. Pre-Covid they enjoyed bus trips, art classes, lectures, exercise classes and movies. When they locked down in March, the staff went above and beyond to care for them. They did grocery shopping, created packets with word searches and the like, facilitated face time calls with family members. It has been a huge relief to my husband and me that they are cared for and safe. We recommend the watermark whole heartedly!

Our family has been very pleased overall with the Independent Living experience at Watermark. The community is warm and welcoming and offers a myriad of activities to take advantage of. The staff on every level is attentive and caring, giving peace of mind to family members. We feel that they have become an extension of our family. The Springs Rehab is also highly recommended.

After a long stay in the hospital, my Dad was moved to the inpatient rehab facility at The Springs (a/k/a The Watermark). He received the highest quality of physical therapy, which helped him restore his mobility much quicker than any of us anticipated. The staff and therapists could not have been more accommodating, motivating and pleasant, not only to my Dad, but to our entire family. With the exemplary care he received, we are grateful that we chose The Watermark.
