FAQs
Do you guys currently have a waitlist? It depends on the floor and view. It usually first come first serve.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? In our community, our professional staff consists of concierge service, professional housekeepers, maintenance director, executive director, assistant executive director, activities director, dining director, health and wellness director, business director, servers, caregivers. All staff comes with experience, we are background checked and fingerprinted. We all hold ourselves to a higher standard than the state requires.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? In our independent living, it is just that.. as if you were living on your own. In our assisted living, we have 24/7 caregiving services.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? We have an ambassador community, who welcome and invite newcomers to meals and activities that they would enjoy.
Do you offer transportation services for residents? Yes, it's free within 10 miles and $2.00 for each additional mile. Otherwise, we have a caring service that your private pay and they could provide transportation as well.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? Our dining director comes from an Ivy League culinary school, our dining room is restaurant style and waitstaff take your order off the provided menu. Our hours are from 7am to 7pm with certain times for our specials.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? All directors’ doors are open, plus we have a monthly resident council to voice all concerns and compliments. We also have many suggestion boxes throughout the community for convenience.
What is the cost of living in your community? Please see the price sheet, please add 2% tax on all pricing. It’s a Mesa thing. 😊
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? For independent living, if there is a concern we will talk to the resident or the family, that is set up ahead of time. For assisted living, there are care plan meetings and again our doors are always open.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? We don’t, but for Independent living, we only require a 60-day notice to move out and for assisted living, we require a 30-day notice to move out.
Are you all a pet-friendly community? YES, we love our furry friends.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? We do offer clinics, what types would be a great question for our health and wellness director.
Are residents able to age in place? Yes, hospice comes anywhere someone calls home. It’s a free Medicare benefit. It depends on the floor and view. It usually first come first serve.
