Our staff includes Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are certified in dementia training. All staff members undergo rigorous training to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest level of care.
Safety and Emergency Training
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents by providing emergency training to all staff. Additionally, the Fire Department conducts monthly training sessions at our facility.
Transition Support Services
Our staff is trained to assist residents, particularly those in Memory Care, with their transition into the community. However, there is no formal support for Independent residents.
Transportation Services
We offer transportation services for our residents within a 12-mile radius of our community.
Dining Experience
Residents can enjoy a restaurant-style dining experience with a set menu and two daily specials for both morning and evening meals.
Addressing Resident Complaints and Issues
Residents can approach our Director of Hospitality with any issues. We also have an active resident council and the Resident Director (RD) maintains an open-door policy.
