If I could give 10 stars I would. The springs of Broadway has brought much comfort and peace to each and every person who has walked through the doors. I know that each resident is taken care of by the different types of care offered in this facility. The therapy department rocks! The activities department is out of this world! The admin staff is so helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for residents. The Nurses and CNA’s want to help and care for the residents there to the best of their ability and they do so well. I have nothing but GOOD to say about this place.

At the Spring of Broadway we pride ourselves on the best quality of care that we give our residents and the levels of respect shown to not only the residents during the duration of their stay at our facility but also their families. Each staff member from the administrator Jack Smith down to the Admissions Coordinator Jennifer Campbell, the Business Office Manager Amy Dover, our D.O.N Rene Kinney , the A.D.O.N Starla Busby, Social Services Sharnise Chatt, Activities Department Cheyenne Dixon to our Nursing and CNA team members and last but not least our Dietary staff and Environmental Services team all go above and beyond for our residents and are always willing to help in anyway they can.

I would like to give a shout out to West Memphis Springs of Broadway. They are the most caring, dedicated, loving, giving and compassionate staff and employees. They have gone above and beyond on so many occasions to make sure the residents are happy and cared for. My Mother has been there since 2013 and I have been very pleased with her day to day care. Since Covid, it has been difficult not getting to visit her inside, but I’m so thankful knowing she is in good hands. Thank you West Memphis Springs of Broadway for for all that you do. Keep up the good work. ❤️ Thanks a million, Bonnie Johnson

My brother in law was admitted there on Monday, and passed away on Saturday. NOT ONE PERSON from this facility called to let us know or offer condolences to the family, if it hadn't been for the hospice nurse, we would not have known. When I called the facility, and ask that the director call me, he nor the director of nursing called us. He was in quarantine so we couldn't see him or talk to him except for very limited times until the DON told my MIL that she could not speak to him or ask about his care bc she was not on the hipaa form, instead of calling me to correct this. I emailed them on Friday to get her added, yet NO ONE reached out to me to fix it. When they had been letting her speak about his care the whole week without the hipaa form being "correct". Bottom line, I would take let this place take care of my dog! It is now Wednesday, and the neither the site director or the director of nursing has called me. pure unprofessional and don't even deserve a 1 star!

If you want your loved ones to live in a prison cell with no attention from the nurses or PTAs. This is your place! Only 1000$/day for your loved one to live in misery. PTAs here couldn’t be techs. EDIT: 1/2/22 moved grandmother to a room where the other pt. took up 98% of the space. could not do any type of pt. transfer if you wanted. Its so amazing how many HIPPA laws are being broken here, they will be getting investigated soon by various news outlets.
