Our Pricing for Homes
Studios are $1331 (As soon as approved)
One Bedrooms are $1429 (March 20th move ins)
Two Bedrooms are $1733 (None at this time, maybe July 2024)
Eligibility Criteria
We’re an income restricted community for active seniors ages 55 and above. To qualify to live here, all applicants must pass a rental verification, background screening, income verification and be the age 55 and up.
Income Limits
Our income 1 person: $57,540
2 persons: $65,760
3 persons: $73,980
4 persons: $82,200
5 persons: $88,880
If you exceed the income limit listed, you will not qualify to live here. If this is confusing, we encourage that you come into our office, or give us a call and I would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

A little about our homes:
Our parking is free for first come first serve outside and on the street; we do have multiple ADA parking spots available in the front of the building. If you would like a reserved parking in the underground garage that is $100 a month. We do offer optional storage units available that are at an additional cost.
We do allow pets with an additional $250.00 refundable and $250.00 non-refundable deposit and a monthly pet rent of up to $40 per pet.
We have several amenities available for our residents including a pool, jacuzzi, game room, fitness center and multiple rentable lounge areas.
