Apartment Selection and Costs
The cost varies depending on what type of apartment you select. There is a one-time Community Fee that is due when you select your apartment. This is non-refundable once financial occupancy takes place. Currently this fee is $10,000 for a 1 BD and $12,500 for a 2BD. We do not have any 3BDs available at this time.
Current apartment rates range from the mid-$4000’s – low $6,000. There is also a second person fee of $1500 per month.
Move-in Incentives
Move-in incentives are sometimes offered which could include a 6% rate cap on future rent increases, a percentage off base rent for several months, or a veteran’s discount.

Overview of Staff and Training
The Remington Club boasts a diverse team including maintenance and housekeeping crews, a business office manager, executive director and assistant executive director, director of dining, cooks, servers, sales, concierge, security, and physical therapists. In our Assisted Living community, we have caregivers, med techs, and a nurse. Specific training details for each position are not provided.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
Each apartment is equipped with an Aerial system for daily check-ins. Residents are also provided with emergency pendants. While staff cannot physically assist fallen residents, the nearby fire department ensures quick emergency responses. Security is available from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Transition Support Services
A welcoming committee aids new residents in acclimating to the community, offering greetings, meals, and tours. Referrals for moving services are available upon request.
Transportation Services
Free transportation to medical appointments is available Monday through Friday, 8-4, within a 10-mile radius. Additional services include trips to senior centers and outings.
Dining Experience
Independent living residents receive $600 monthly for dining, with options for dine-in or takeout across two dining rooms. The dining service operates from 7am to 7pm, offering an Always Available menu and daily specials.

Pet Policy
