Our Independent Living Community, while not regulated by federal or state governments, partners with Phoenix Home Health Care for medical services. Our staff, available 24/7, is trained in security, emergency responses, and extreme weather situations, ensuring a safe environment for our Members.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents through 24/7 property monitoring, a constantly staffed front desk, and proactive checks on Members' activity. Our Community Enrichment Program aims to keep Members socially engaged, offering daily events focused on health, mental exercises, and social interaction.
Transition Support Services
Support services for new Members include connections to Home Health, companionship, and therapeutic services. The Preston also offers beauty and wellness services on-site, and partnerships with local companies for moving and real estate services, with special discounts for those moving to The Preston.
Transportation Services
Scheduled transportation services are available, including medical transportation through Phoenix Home Health Care. We require a 24-hour notice for transportation requests, complementing our Community Enrichment outings.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience features restaurant-style service with made-to-order meals, ranging from breakfast modeled after First Watch, a lunch menu similar to Panera Bread, to fine dining in the evening. Special features are offered alongside regular menus, with room delivery options available.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Our locally owned and operated community ensures quick resolution of complaints or issues through direct communication with management, monthly Town Hall Meetings, and various feedback channels, supported by an open door policy from our General Manager.

Currently, there is no waitlist for joining our community.
Vaccination Services
While we do not offer vaccinations on-site, transportation services are available for Members to receive vaccinations.
Aging in Place
Members can age in place with the support of a chosen home health care or hospice team. However, those in need of Memory Care units would need to seek alternative arrangements due to our community's layout.
