We currently have one IL room and currently have 13 rooms in our memory care available. We have studios and 1 bedrooms available in my AL.
Assisted Living (AL) Pricing
Our pricing ranges on AL from $3,200 to $6,070 for a 2 bedroom.
Independent Living (IL) Pricing
IL is $3,800 to $4,570 for one bedroom to 2 bedroom apartments.
Memory Care Pricing
Memory care ranges from $3,895 to $4,595.

Overview of Staff and Training
Our staff includes Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), a registered nurse, and a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Our memory care staff is specially trained in dementia care to ensure the highest level of service and understanding for our residents with memory impairments.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We have several safety precautions in place. Residents sign out when they leave during the day and sign back in upon return. The front doors lock at 7pm, requiring residents to buzz in through the breezeway after hours. Our memory care unit is secured, and access codes are not distributed to family members or external agencies.
Transition Support Services
We offer a welcome committee to help new residents integrate into the community. Additionally, we provide a welcome house for residents to entertain friends who do not live in our community.
Transportation Services
Transportation services are available for residents on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Residents can sign up for these services in the book located at the front desk.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience is designed to be both wonderful and beautiful, featuring a large fireplace and restaurant-style dining. Friendly and professional servers take orders, and an alternative menu is available should residents prefer different options.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents can voice complaints or issues during town hall meetings or directly to our Executive Director, who maintains an open door policy. Issues can also be addressed with any of our directors.
Cost of Living
The cost of living in our community was provided in the initial email communication.
Communication with Residents' Families
We prioritize keeping families informed about their loved ones' well-being. Our nurse will communicate any changes in condition, and families are welcome to reach out by phone to our nurse or LPN for updates.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term stays for assisted living at $200 per day with a minimum stay of 14 days. For memory care, the cost is $250 per day with the same minimum stay requirement.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are a pet-friendly community, with a monthly fee of $50. Residents must be capable of caring for and taking their pets outside.
Vaccinations
COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are available to residents within the community.
Aging in Place
Residents are able to age in place in our community. Currently, we do not have a waiting list.
