The building needs a serious make over, double extension cords to power things up, under their beds in every room. Elevators alway breaking down, flooding that runs into the residents rooms, and that's the down stairs,The list goes on and on. Upstairs"slap lipstick on a pig, looks good for show, I guess what ever get people in the beds.  I'm surprised they haven't taken their State license away. They sure can hide serious problems. and their employee job High turn over rate can't keep their employees. Unprofessional Staff members, If you can't see it, it's not a problem. Think twice before bringing your family members, not worth the money.

I would not send my worst enemy there let alone a loved one. Horrible place. It is short staffed. Takes them a good half hour to answer the call button and then they just come in the room to turn the call button off and say that they will be back. I called there a million times and nobody ever answers the phone. This place is a joke. The equipment is broken and the food is always cold. Do not send your loved one here.

If you want to see your family member get abused and suffer then you got the right place. They will feed people literal trash the kitchen can't pass the heath department inspection all the management is lazy and will force meds on people they will ignore call lights for hours they will hire untrained people and they will keep you from seeing your loved ones they won't give them your gifts or mail it's basically a house of torture just waiting for the sweet release of death

Horrible, the head nurse very rude and disrespectful lack of knowledge when it comes to Patient Care. None of my concerns have been addressed or handled. This place is a money pit. CNA calling patient out of their name, throwing patient items against the wall. When patient asked to go outside and smoke they leave patient outside for over 15 minutes it's winter time.

Terrible. I did clinicals here and I left everyday crying from the abuse I seen to patients. And the memory care unit is even worse. They just laugh at the patients during episodes and there’s like 3 cnas for all of memory care and one nurse. They rely on nursing students to staff there facility.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would! Disresptful not very knowledgeable staff except a night nurse here and there. The place is a dump nothing works they make people wait 30 mins or more to answer their call light. If youre just out of surgery and feel sick just get used to it cause they wont fix it. They give too much or too little of the wrong meds and let diabtics get sugars low enough to have a diabetic coma before they seem to attempt to care. Fall risk patients are left to do their own thing to and from the rest room and if you ask for help too much they get rude. I feel sorry for anyone staying here! 100% horrid nightmare of a place. My grandmother calls me scared because of the bs here. The physical therapy place is great in there but thats it! Needs to be shut down!

Horrible!!! The meals are beyond terrible. You have family meetings with the administrative staff and they promise things will change and they will never do anything!!! Nothing changes and nothing will! Its sickening. They just don't change even with all the promises. Even many of the nurses admit they have ask for changes and they will never do anything different. Its a for profit center so watch out.

I wish I didn’t have to even give it one star since the day my Dad set foot in that place he’s been neglected...but this most recent incident has me livid and I wondering if we can sue! Yesterday I got a call from McKayDee hospital saying my dad had been found wondering around 36th and Jackson for hours and had been admitted to the hospital he as dementia and had a stroke in December...how could this place be so negligent not to even notice one of their patients is missing for hours that means they don’t check on them for hours at a time! The hospital had to call them to let them know they were missing someone!!!! I’m on fire!!!

My mother (Shirley M) has been at the center for over 6 years and the staff at Crestwood has been very good to her. She has had many different friends from the center over the years and some of the staff that have moved on from Crestwood, have stopped back in to visit her. That isn't to say that everything is always perfect there but I wouldn't think of moving my mom from Crestwood. There has never been a time where they didn't contact me whenever they found a scratch or bruise or some other thing wrong with her. She has had a few slips and falls but Crestwood staff has always communicated those things to me. I have never had them give me silly excuses for anything concerning the safety and care of my mother. The one thing that I do see is that I think they need a few more staff folks to assist when things get busy. The CNAs are very busy at times and there can be a wait if someone needs something. Over all, I still give them a solid "A" for their efforts and I appreciate their honesty in dealing with me and my family. GOOD JOB CRESTWOOD!

The best thing I EVER did for my brother was move him to Crestwood! His physical and mental health have improved 20 fold just in the first few weeks he's been there. AMAZING!!! Every time I go see him I am amazed at something new he's doing or responding to. I feel so respected by the staff. They listen to me and NEVER make me feel like what I'm saying is unimportant or that it will be disregarded as soon as I leave the building. I love the way the staff interacts and plays with the residents. The food is wonderful! Not over cooked and salty like the last care center he was at. I thank God everyday that I found this place! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! EVERY staff member I have worked with is over the top WONDERFUL!!!!!
