Seasoned Management and Continuous Staff Training
All managers are seasoned in senior living. Our staff complete continuous training in person, hands on, and we also bring outside sources in at times as well.
Resident Wellness and Security
All residents receive wellness checks routinely. All doors are monitored and locked at certain times. Our gates also close daily in the evening and open back up every morning, and residents and families of course have a code. We have 24-hour care in the building to attend to all residents. Our memory Care is a secure, locked unit.
Staff Training for Resident Transitions
Yes, all staff are trained to help with transitions into the community or help transition to the next level of care.
Transportation Services
We do provide transportation Monday through Friday. Residents take the bus for weekly trips and activities and also can use it for doctor appointments, etc.
Restaurant Style Dining
We offer restaurant-style dining. Our residents sit in the dining room and staff takes their orders. There are menus at every table and seat. They have the main meal and also have choices if they don’t want the main course. I will send a menu as well so you can look it over. We offer a lot of choices for meals. They can have it delivered if they don’t feel well and it is a $5 dollar charge.
Pricing and Care Levels
I will send pricing again so you can look that over as well as that explains the cost of living here. Assisted Living also has care levels IF the resident needs help with ADL’s on a regular basis. That is determined by our Wellness Director who is an RN. If they need a care level, it is tailored to their individual needs.
Communication and Family Access
Our staff communicate daily with residents and families and also the doctors if and when needed. Family has access to the RN and also our Executive Director at any time. If a resident refuses ADL’s the family is always notified.
Respite Care Availability
We typically don’t offer respite care as we are normally full. If we have availability, we can do respite care if a 30-day lease is signed. Costs are on a case-by-case basis.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are pet friendly. There is a $650 pet deposit upon move-in. We also have a dog park.
Accommodation Availability and Waitlist
We do have a waitlist for some of our one bedrooms in Assisted Living. We have a 2-bedroom available with a patio and close to the front and one without a patio and close to the dining room. The community fee is $2500 and will also secure a spot on the waitlist as well. It is refundable if circumstances change and the resident doesn’t move in.
