I moved my parents into The Garnet in December. What an easy move we had. The staff is so willing to help. If we need something fixed or hung up, it is accomplished that day. I know I can leave town and my parents will be cared for. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Always smiling and talking to us. Best move ever. Thank you Garnet for being there for us. You Rock!!

We have gone to have dinner with the seniors and they loved it. A lot of them have no family and to see their faces light up when they see the kids is heart warming.  Our elders have so many amazing stories to tell. Go spend time with them! I love that the garnet is open to visitors. Thank you for that.  I do call ahead to make sure it's ok every time.

Our mother's six month stay at the Garnet in Casa Grande was amazing. The apartment she was/is in is always clean, the laundry services are prompt and the quiet in the neighborhood is pleasant.   From the food to the many activities, she stayed busy and was very comfortable.  The staff, including Tammy and Priscilla, as well as Tony, were accommodating and generous with their time.  She especially enjoyed the field trips and availability of the bus for errands.   No one on your staff every complained about helping.  And that also gave us comfort.   Tony in maintenance was more than accommodating and quick to help out. The Garnet is quiet, clean, and you feel your parents and grandparents are safe.

My in-laws moved in last April and we all have a sense of security knowing they are being cared for and watched over. The staff is great and more than willing to take care of their needs. I love the fact that 2 nurses are on staff and available when/if needed.

I am absolutely disgusted that my family members are in this place! My loved ones have told me many times how terrible the food is! They are paying an ungodly amount of money for a tiny apartment and meals and meds brought to them! NO DR OR NURSE on full time! Do not put your loved ones in this place!! What kind of place for elderly puts the light switches BEHIND THE DOORS!!?? My next step is to contact a local news station and newspaper!! I’m so tired of elderly being treated like they are disposable!!😡

I have worked at The Garnet since February 2017 and it's a great place to work, the management listens to all concerns and has an open door policy for both staff and the residents. The staff are friendly and professional and provide the best care for the residents.
