Overview of Staff and Training
We hire certified caregivers that have gone through the required Arizona state training, along with various other support staff. We also have LPNs on staff and offer on the job training upon hire and ongoing training.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Assisted Living residents all have a care plan that we update periodically per regulations. All staff follow this care plan to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. We also have 24/7 concierge staff to provide security and assistance to all of our residents including our non-licensed Independent Living area.
Transition Support Services
We have new resident orientation, along with our trained staff assisting residents and families during the transition.
Transportation Services
Yes, typically within a 10 mile radius but we also go to many events and other outings around the Valley.
Dining Experience
We have two main dining rooms, sit down restaurant style, which offer up to 3 meals a day for all residents, and per regulations we must provide nutrition at any time to all of our Assisted Living residents.
Resident Complaints and Issues
We have a policy for this which requires the Executive Director to review and investigate all complaints or issues. We also do monthly Town Hall and other various meetings to get feedback.
Cost of Living
We have apartments in Independent Living starting just over $2800/month, and in Assisted Living and Memory Care starting at just over $3800/month.
Communication with Residents' Families
We send out correspondence in many different ways. We offer a social application to get information out if you have an email or cell phone linked to it, and we also send memos and other updates via email or snail mail. In case of emergent needs, we call over the phone to discuss anything needed. Effective communication is definitely one of the most important things we do here.
Short-term or Respite Stays
No, we do not offer short-term or respite stays.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, small animals are ok to live here with a required up front $500 one-time pet fee.
