Studio Apartments in Independent/Assisted Living:

Medium: $4,000
Large: $4,200
+ 1x Community Fee (Preparation Fee which holds apartment for 30 days and is 100% refundable until financial move in)
Memory Care Studio/Shared Apartment:
Studio: $6,175 All Inclusive of care
Shared: $5,000 All Inclusive of care

The Commons Respite Program
IL/AL 30-day minimum Stay-$6000 covers all costs

About The Commons
The Commons has been a staple of the West San Fernando Valley since the 70’s. This community was a Retirement Hotel for many years and a few ago the community was renovated and upgraded/updated. The community feels like a large home with several common areas for our residents to utilize, including a Library, Sunroom, Activities Room, Multipurpose Room, Bistro, Dining Room, Outdoor Patio, Auditorium, Beauty Shop, and a Gym. We are a boutique style city living community that takes pride in the lifestyle we have created for our residents and their families. We are also pet friendly and accept furry family members as long as they have all of their vaccines, are on a consistent flea control and are well behaved.
Lifestyle Options
The Commons offers 3 Lifestyles: Independent, Assisted Living & Memory Care. Residents can age in place and never have to move out of the community as needs change and care increases.
Apartment Details
Our apartments are all studio apartments. We offer Small, Medium, and Large studios to fit each individual’s needs and budget. (Each apartment layout is exactly the same, they just get longer or shorter in length depending on the size that you are looking at). Each apartment has been updated and even feature a banquette, with a built-in mini refrigerator.
