Our facility boasts 24-hour staffing, ensuring that our residents receive continuous support and care. We are an independent living community, but we collaborate with American Patriot Home Care to offer additional services such as medication reminders, bathing, dressing assistance, and more. Our staff undergoes rigorous training to cater to the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have implemented several measures including 24-hour staffing, security cameras, a double lock system inside apartments, a sign in-out procedure, and all doors being locked after 8pm. Additionally, we provide emergency pendants for residents to enhance their safety and peace of mind.
Transition Support Services
Although we are a private pay facility, we offer military discounts to veterans and their spouses. We also work closely with Patriot Angels to help residents secure additional income, facilitating a smoother transition into our community.
Transportation Services
Transportation services are included for our residents. We schedule personal trips on Tuesdays and Thursdays, along with weekly shopping and dining trips, ensuring our residents have access to everything they need.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience is restaurant-style, featuring daily lunch and dinner specials, an all-day dining extended menu, and a seasonal menu. We hold monthly meetings between residents and our chef to ensure our dining offerings meet their preferences and needs.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Any complaints or issues raised by residents are promptly addressed by the front desk, myself, or management to ensure a satisfactory resolution and maintain the high standard of our community.
Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain close bonds with our residents' families, many of whom are emergency contacts. In the event of an incident, they are the first to be informed. We also monitor our residents closely and are very aware of their daily routines, ensuring their families are kept updated on their well-being.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Currently, we do not offer a respite apartment due to full occupancy. However, should availability arise, the cost will be prorated according to the rent cost.
Waitlist Information
As of now, we do not have a waitlist, allowing for immediate availability for new residents.
Vaccination Services
Our community ensures that residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations on-site, promoting a healthy living environment.

Enjoy meals served in our restaurant style dining room. The Atrium offers an all-inclusive dining lifestyle. Dine three times a day, seven days a week at no additional cost. Breakfast is available all day! Our dining room is open from 7:30am to 7pm, with extensive menu options sure to please you.
We offer many life enrichment and wellness programs, also known as FUN! Bingo, chair exercises, card games, pool table, movie showings, gardening and shopping trips just to name a few. Speaking of trips, the Atrium has its very own community bus (with lift) and car that offer transportation.
Take advantage of our beauty salon and barber shop. Try our cyber café and library or relax on our wonderful patio or movie room. You can enjoy a fine book while having a cup of coffee in our huge common area.
The Atrium of Belleville offers one- or two-bedroom apartments. Residents can take the elevator or steps to get to and from the apartments. We even have a chair lift to navigate the steps if needed. All utilities are included as well as housekeeping and maintenance. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenet, including a refrigerator, microwave and sink. Depending on the apartment, residents can enjoy a walk out patio or even a balcony.
Family can rest easy knowing we have a 24/7 emergency response service. This includes an emergency alert pendant each new resident receives. We have carefully selected partners who are known for their therapy skills, tailoring programs to meet your individual needs. From fitness lessons to therapeutic programs, everything we do is guided by a sense of purpose. Additional assistance services can be added on through our home service license as well. Such as, daily checks, medication reminder, dressing assistance, bathing assistance, grooming and continence assistance.
