I am Debbie Driscol and my husband, Scott and I are new managers here along with Sally and Chris! We love the wonderful residents here and the fact that they take care of each other. It's such a wonderful, loving family environment. Come and check us out when you are in town or call and we will send you on a virtual tour!
My Mother has lived here for several years. Very much a 5 star rating for the first couple years. However there has been a dramatic downturn in amenities, food and now cleanliness. The current manager seems not to be concerned about the infestation of roaches hitting the Estates. Three apartments near my Mother have been complaining about roaches for over a month. Now I am told they are crawling on her walls as well.Time to search for a different facility. I advise you to as well.
It is never easy placing your loved one in a retirement living community. I was reluctant to leave my mother in anyone's care but my own. This place is the best place for my mother and she is extremely happy. The staff is always kind to the patients as well as the visitors. I am so glad that I found my mothers home away from home in a family environment.
The day and night shift went way beyond the call of duty to ensure my Mom was taken care of. They all made her feel like family. Terry in Housekeeping took extra time to speak to my Mom and her dog Max everyday. Eric in Maintenance also made sure she had her room set up to fit her needs. Treated her like his mom.The managers Gloria and Bob are awesome. They work real hard to bring that home atmosphere.Thank you.Merry Christmas!
