You can't judge this book by it's cover! The facility presents itself well but the aids are useless (in our experience, dangerous) and the management is condescending. Complain or demand answers as to why your loved one was left for hours, lying in a solid bed or ask how an ankle was broken under their care will only get yo less care and more excuses. It seems that will basically try to force you out by refusing to care for your loved one. Our experience has been shocking and unconscionable. There is not enough room in this review to list the serious problems we have had.
