High turnover. Horrible senior management. Administrator-snake in the grass and on top of the grass! She doesn't care about no one. Incompetent, bad attitude, aggressive HR. Staff-is violent (fighting each other.) Residents notice everything and they are the ones suffering. So sad.
I currently stayed here, I would never let my mother or father dare go here. They are rude, very inexperienced, lack of manners, and treat elderly like there going to die at any moment. I came here to finish out my time on antibiotics, I'm 35 yrs old and I finally got to SEE what I always heard about with a nursing home/ rehabilitation center.. I also watched them go days without trying to attempt to feed my elderly roommate. I would say something and they would act like they heard me, then go on about there business bc it sure wasn't work they do.. the NP halfway done her job. Several nurses would let my medicine run out and have to suffer from pain bc they don't do there job.and order my meds Word of advice, this place needs to be monitored or have the doors close.d
This is the worst place I ever been in the cna’s don’t even care about they talk to you any kind of way and you tell Aministration about there staff they don’t do anything they take there side as long as your in here a body in a bed there’s no way out people are so rude here I’m stuck what do you do they don’t care if your happy or not
Just dont bother calling this place. Probably the worse receptionist EVER. Doesnt say shes putting you on hold, doesnt even tell you your name, and has you waiting for 5 minutes or more. She has the worse demeanor over the phone and then gets snippy and rude if you call back and say you put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I dont normally say this but she needs to be retrained or suspended.
