Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Yes, but we do have 1 bedroom apartments available at this time.
Could you share pricing and any other general information?
Attached. Our annual rate increase is effective 4/1/2024. There will be a 5% increase on first person monthly fees but we are reducing our second person to $1,750.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
We have all 4 levels of care and all our staff training meets or surpasses our licensing requirements.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We have 24/7 security, we have a Wellness team that is dedicated to our Independent residents and they lead the Feldenkrais, tai chi, yoga, pilates classes. They also have continuing presentations/groups to support various well-being needs. We have a large group of residents that participate in our weekly meditation.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
Our residents are very involved in welcoming new residents and helping them acclimate.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Yes, see attached activity calendar – our transportation services are listed on the back.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
We have the best dining in Sonoma County – We have a beautiful Bistro as well as an upscale restaurant for dinners and Sunday brunches – the Sonoma Room. See attached menu samples.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
Our Executive Director’s door is always open to residents.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?

We do not offer respite stays.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
We have over 50 dogs on our 31 acre campus – no size limit.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
We do offer onsite vaccination clinics but some insurances preclude coverage.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes. They can receive care in their original resident, move to Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing. These options are only available for our residents. We do not accept residents straight into Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled.
