Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
Our team comprises dedicated professionals including an Executive Director, Marketing, and Activities professionals. They undergo comprehensive training and collaborate closely with our other communities to ensure the highest standards of service and care.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we have implemented several measures including senior-friendly bathrooms and showers with safety bars, emergency pull cords, 24/7 staff presence, secure doors with the front door locked at night, and surveillance through cameras and motion detector lights.
Support Services for Residents' Transition
We offer resources and support services such as Ambassadors and shared care partners to aid residents in their transition into our community.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience includes a chef's choice item at lunch and dinner alongside many other options at each meal. We offer an all-day bistro for grab-and-go items, a sports lounge with bar-type food options from 4-6 pm, and cook-to-order breakfast with numerous options. Our dining room has been beautifully remodeled, where staff wait on tables, and tea and water decanters are placed on tables. Other drinks, refills, soup, and fresh fruit are available at the beverage station.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
If a resident has a complaint or an issue, they can let the front desk know, and the information will be relayed to the executive director for resolution.
Cost of Living
The cost of living in our community ranges from $2800 to $3695, with a second person fee applicable in some cases.

Communication with residents' families is conducted as needed, either voice to voice or in person, to keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being.

Southwest Mansions is a one-story Independent Senior Living Community located just five blocks north of Southwest 104th Street on Western Avenue. We are locally, family owned and offer an affordable and all-inclusive alternative for independent seniors 55 and older.

What Sets Us Apart
There are a few things that set us apart from other options in the area. We are local and family owned, have inside/outside doors/access, and have washers and dryers in every unit. We are also the only community I know of that does a complete criminal background check on not just all employees, but every resident.
