Our facility is staffed with Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Medication Technicians (Med Tech), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who specialize in Assisted Living and Memory Care. They undergo rigorous training to ensure they meet the high standards of care required for our residents.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We have a pendant system in place and perform checks every 2 hours in Assisted Living. In Memory Care, we have continual checks. For Independent Living, we have a morning check-in system; if a resident doesn't check in, we call them, and if there is no answer, we visit their apartment.
Transition Support Services
Yes, we offer mentorship programs where volunteer residents greet new residents, accompany them to meals, and participate in activities together to help them integrate into the community.
Transportation Services
Our transportation services cover a 10-12 mile radius, providing residents with the mobility they need for various appointments and errands.
Dining Experience
Independent Living residents receive 2 meals every day with the option of complimentary soup and salad, typically for lunch. Assisted Living and Memory Care residents are provided with 3 meals every day.

Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain constant communication with families via phone or email. We also have a One Call system for updates and Lifeloop, an app that families can use to stay informed about community events and their loved ones' activities.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Yes, we offer short-term respite stays with a 30-day minimum that includes base rent, level of care, and medication management for Assisted Living.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are a pet-friendly community, requiring a $1,000 non-refundable pet deposit.
Waitlist Information
For Independent Living, we currently have a waitlist of 32 people, with a $1,000 deposit to join the waitlist, which is refundable at any time. Memory Care has 4 people on the waitlist.
