Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
Our staff consists of Nurses, CNAs, and PCAs, who undergo ongoing training to ensure the highest level of care. We are not a nursing home, so we bring in home health for nursing needs.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Rosecastle was originally built as a memory care facility, making the entire building secure, including the assisted living areas. We have call buttons in all of the apartments to ensure resident safety at all times.
Transition Support Services
We warmly welcome all new residents and help them acclimate to their new home. Our activities director encourages new residents to join activities and meet their new neighbors, facilitating a smooth transition.
Transportation Services
We provide transportation for doctor's appointments within a 10-mile radius on Wednesdays. Most residents prefer using our in-house providers. For assisted living, we also offer outings.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience includes family-style dining for all meals. Assisted living residents have a variety of menu options to choose from.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
The management offices are located at the front of the community, with doors always open. Being a small community allows us to really get to know each of our residents and their families, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed.
Cost of Living
Rosecastle is all-inclusive of care needs. The cost for assisted living is $4980, and for memory care (MC), it is $5980.
Communication with Residents' Families
Families have access to all management's cell phones. Our Provider Mobile medical has a portal for families to access notes on visits and any tests done, keeping them updated on their loved ones' well-being.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer Respite at the community, with costs ranging between $175 - $225 a day, depending on the neighborhood.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we allow pets in Assisted Living, provided the resident can care for the animal.
Waitlist Information
We are not currently on a waitlist.
Vaccination Clinics
Yes, we have vaccination clinics for Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.
Aging in Place
Once a resident becomes part of our family, we do everything we can to allow them to age in place, keeping them in their home as long as possible.
