Admission and Payment Information
We do not have a wait list at this time but that can change at any time. We accept ALTC LTC insurance through Banner, UHC, and Mercy Care as well as private pay at $3,500.00 for Assisted Living and $4,500.00 for our memory care. As for respite stay, we do accept at $135.00 per day.
Staff and Training
We employ Certified Caregivers who are licensed through AZ accredited training schools. All staff are required to go through a background check and hold a fingerprint clearance card through DPS. Training for our employees is done upon initial hire and ongoing with in-house and outside training regularly.
Regulations and Policies
We follow both Department of Health Services regulations and the company's Policy and Procedures. Our staffing is 24-hour care, 7 days a week, and residents wear call pendants for needed assistance.
Resident Rights and Services
The residents are free to age in place as this is their home and their right to choose if they are still appropriate for an Assisted Living placement. We offer transportation to outings through our Activity Department and use the resident’s insurance for any outside doctor appointments which we coordinate with the residents.
Communication and Health Policies
We have a Grievance policy in place that is available to residents 24 hours a day and is resolved timely. Communication with families is either in person, via email, or phone depending on the preference of family and resident. We hold annual FLU and COVID clinics in-house.
Dining and Activities
Our dining experience is homelike and offers home-cooked meals. We also hold monthly food chat meetings with the residents for changes of menu per resident request and any concerns. We unfortunately do not accept pets, but we have outside programs who come in monthly for pet therapy. We have an active activities department with daily fun both inside the facility and outside the facility.
