I find the communication is very poor, and Covid has made it a lot worse. But the staff does seem to genuinely care about the people they are caring for.

Very nice staff and polite residents people. Staff treat the residents here like they are real people and dont talk to them like they are underneath them :) definitely alot of respect for the CNA's and nurses for taking care of them with respect and being kind to their residents. Normally when you walk in a nursing home you can feel the depression and lack of dignity but when you walk in here you feel the respect and caring that is provided from the staff. :) keep it up guys your doing great
