Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Yes, we currently have a waiting list.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Our staff goes through DHEC training and dementia training yearly.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
Individual care plans are done on each individual to be sure we are meeting each person's needs.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
All staff is hands-on with helping each resident adjust to the transition.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
We do provide assistance with transportation to medical appointments.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
3 meals a day, all meals are eaten in the dining room.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
They address any care issues with our Care Director, who is in charge of staff.
What is the cost of living in your community?
Studio-$4950, Dlx Studio-$5350, 1BR $6100, Memory Care-$6400.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Management is big on communicating with our door and phones are always open to communicate. The RCD is always communicating with families also care plans are done and it is done with families.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
No.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes, pets are allowed to visit as long as we have a copy of their shot records. Residents are allowed to have pets as long as they can take care of them and there is a one-time pet fee of $500.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes, we host a flu clinic here. Covid vaccines not many are getting them, but our pharmacy does offer to give them if we have enough people to sign up.
Are residents able to age in place?
Residents are able to age in place as long as they still meet our regulations. We do allow hospice as well, so if someone is approaching the end of life, we do allow them to stay.
