July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024
One Time Community Fee: $6,500
Second Person Monthly Fee: $1,900
Included in these fees are three meals/day, weekly housekeeping, sheets and towels, daily bed making and trash removal, pre-scheduled transportation to medical appointments, daily exercise, art classes, on and offsite programming/lectures including lifelong learning, and access to additional help with the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) at additional cost.*

Alcove $7,655 – $8,467. (449 – 510 s.f.)
One Bedroom $8,151 – $8,889. (449 – 658 s.f.)

Each of the following is counted as one level of care:
- Medication management and/or wound care and/or daily vital signs.
- Transferring and/or escorting within the building.
- Showers (3/week) and/or daily dressing assistance, including standby assist.
- Toileting assistance and/or incontinence care.
Additional Fees
- Assistance with finger sticks or injections is $300 per month in addition to medication management.
- Medication management requires enrollment with PMC pharmacy which interfaces with RGPs medication administration computer system. There is a $50 monthly additional charge to use a pharmacy besides PMC.
