Revel is an all-inclusive community with monthly rates starting at the following prices:
- Studio floor plan start at $3,420
- One bedroom floor plans start at $3,820
- Two-bedroom floor plans start at $4,820
- There is a $6,000 one-time membership fee
- There is a one-time pet fee of $750 if applicable
- Carport parking is $50/month and garage parking is $150/month
- WIFI/Internet and cable TV is included in the rent
- 550 meal points are included in the rent
- Second person fee is either $375 or $750 for a choice of 150 meal points or 550 meal points respectively

We offer studio, one and two-bedroom apartment floor plans, as well as free standing cottages with a garage. All our units are equipped with full gourmet kitchens, washer and dryer, customized closets, and beautiful finishes. However, what sets us apart are beautiful social spaces for you to enjoy with family and friends, as well as a host of fun, engaging activities designed to help you meet new people, and offer opportunities for learning and trying new things. Revel Scottsdale has won the hearts of the residents, and we look forward to welcoming you into our amazing community which feels like family.
Monthly Rates and Services
You receive one statement monthly. Our monthly rates include:
- Delicious chef-prepared meals in your choice of two restaurants (included 550 meal points/dollars per month).
- All utilities, including air conditioning, trash removal, water, basic cable, WIFI and internet. Phone not included.
- Housekeeping service in your apartment once a week.
- Fantastic Lifestyle programs seven days a week.
- Complimentary Transportation seven days a week, including Lyft transportation.
- On-site maintenance seven days a week.
- 24-hour Concierge services.
