Serving Miami, Coral Gables and South Miami, Ponce Plaza is a showcase for rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. Our 147-bed center offers leading edge rehabilitation, 24-hour skilled nursing care, as well as a range of specialized sub-acute care services including telemedicine & telemetry, in-house and outpatient dialysis, and wound care.
Our professional, bilingual staff includes doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and recreational program directors who meet daily to review each patient’s file and devise a care plan to get them back to optimal wellness. Audiology, eye care and dental services are provided right on-site for patient convenience.
