Arch Plaza is a 98-bed skilled nursing center providing award-winning rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. We are centrally located in North Miami near the intersection of 125th St and Biscayne Boulevard and adjacent to the Johnson and Wales University campus. Just a short ride over the Broad Causeway bridge from Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor, Surfside and Miami Beach.
Using the most advanced technology, equipment and resources, we provide the highest level of sub-acute rehabilitation and restorative nursing care for patients recovering from surgery, an accident or serious illness.
We take a holistic approach to wellness. Our interdisciplinary team of doctors, APRNs, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, respiratory therapists, social workers, and recreational program directors meet daily to review each patient’s file, creating an ongoing care plan to get our patients back to optimal health, in the shortest time possible.
