Waitlist and Availability
Yes, we do on many floor plans, I do however have a few options for you currently. I have a sunflower option, and possibly a redbud floor plan coming available soon.
Staff and Training
The care staff receive training upon hire and continue training courses throughout the year. We also perform in-services for staff at monthly employee meetings. Both assisted living and memory care have a dedicated nurse for each care level. We provide vibrant life (activity) team members who plan and coordinate daily activities.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We provide professionally trained care team, nurses, and a vibrant life team to ensure a great experience. We also have a very tenured management team to ensure a safe environment.
Transition Support Services
Having an experienced team, we strive to be a resource for families and incoming residents. I would need more specificity to answer in more detail.
Transportation Services
Yes, transportation is provided 5 days a week M-F.
Dining Experience
We offer our elevated dining experience to all residents. 3 meals are provided daily, and we offer a full breakfast, noon meal offers multiple entree options, we also offer an extensive anytime menu, and an evening meal. All meals ordered at evening meal for the next day.

The answer to this question would depend on the complaint or issue. Concierge assist residents on daily requests. The executive director can also help resolve an issue for the resident or family. The department manager can also be a great resource.
Cost of Living
We charge a one-time community fee and then you have monthly costs for the apartment and all-inclusive services. In assisted living we also have a level of care fee. These costs vary depending on apartment selected, level of care, etc.

The resident care director and care staff communicate often and as needed to keep families updated on residents. This is often in person, sometimes by phone.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Yes, we provide respite when we have availability. Assisted is $200/daily and 14 day minimum.

We are pet friendly and charge a one-time $1000 fee.

Yes, we partner with a local pharmacy that provides these services.
