The only increases in costs during the resident’s entire stay for life is an annual cost of living increase as determined by the US Department of Labor implemented annually. If a resident enters at the basic need level, the care cost is fixed and does not increase as the resident’s needs increase. Parkland’s Lifetime pricing approach allows for families to budget for future expenses without surprises.

Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our facility is staffed with Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Medication Technicians (Med Techs), and Certified Caregivers. New staff members undergo comprehensive onboarding training, followed by ongoing training through Relias, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide high-quality care.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We are a locked, secured community specializing in memory care, equipped with security cameras and constant staff monitoring to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
Transition Support Services
Our staff excels at assisting new residents with their transition into the community, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
Transportation Services
Our bus is available for field trips. We also bring in medical care services such as PCP, podiatry, dentistry, labs, and mobile x-rays, so residents do not need to leave for medical appointments.
Dining Experience
We offer three meals and three snacks a day, all planned by a nutritionist. Our menu includes comfort foods, with soup and dessert served at every lunch and dinner.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Any complaints or issues raised by residents are directed to the Executive Director for prompt resolution.
Communication with Residents' Families
Our nursing team maintains quarterly care plans and is in constant communication with families through calls, emails, or texts. The clinical team contacts the Power of Attorney (POA) with any changes in condition or concerns.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do not offer respite stays at this time.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community! We offer pet therapy at least three days a week. Residents may have a pet in their Deluxe Private suite with approval and a monthly fee.

Covid and Flu Vaccinations
Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.
Aging in Place
Yes, our residents are able to age in place, receiving the care and support they need as their needs change.
We are an all-inclusive community
So when it comes to care, everything is included. Examples of the all-inclusive care provided are all caregiving responsibilities, medication management, 24-hour care, laundry, housekeeping, activities, 3 meals and 3 snacks/day, cable, Wi-Fi, etc.
Comprehensive Care for Alzheimer's and Dementia
We provide care from the very beginning stages of Alzheimer's and Dementia to the end of life. All care can be taken in house, including doctors, x rays, labs, therapy, and hospice.
