This coastal property, is unique in that it sits in a residential setting, surrounded by the sights and smells of the Pacific Coast, and beautiful mature evergreen trees, typical of the California Coast. We are installing a chef's garden outside the remodeled kitchen. The remodeling, of this beautiful community, was completed in Spring 2019.
