A wonderful place to work with an excellent, loving staff of people. The folks that work here put their hearts into their care of our residents. I love my residents, and am pretty fond of my coworkers as well. Anyone looking for a job with a family atmosphere should try it out!
I’ve had so many family members in this nursing home. Parent’s, Grandparent’s, aunt’s, uncles, cousins, not to mention so many friends. They have always taken care of our needs, whatever they may be. Great administration and great staff. My latest issue was payment. They gave me time to take care of personal business so I could pay for my cousin’s care. That was such a relief knowing my cousin would still get the care she needs and be over a month behind on payment, close to 2 months. No one has harassed me at all. They understand at this nursing home. They will work with you on any situation. I highly recommend Ozark Nursing Home!! Thank you! 😀👍
Not “just a nursing home”! It is our residents home. We provide a home like experience for them. We have an awesome Rehab, activities, fishing trips. We have such caring CNA’s that when one of our sick residents goes to the hospital they go over and bath him just because they know what keeps him from getting upset. I’ve been here 6 years and we are not perfect but the one thing I know is our residents are our number one concern.
I've had several family members in this facility and friends and still do. You couldn't ask for better service and staff. The therapy department is the best in Arkansas. What a delightful place. I'm so happy I brought my cousin from Nashville to this nursing home. It's all about family and to me these people who own and work are a second family. I highly recommend this nursing home. Im so happy we have it in our small town. Thank you all for caring so much about your clients. I really appreciate all of you. Sherry McClellan and my Primm girl 's Mary and Hannah. Jeffrey Primm
I’ve worked here for a little over 5 years as an LPN and I am so happy here. We are one big family and we care very much about our residents and residents family members. We are all a team and we will work hard to ensure these residents are taken care of and are happy. We have recently changed administration and we are moving forward and working hard to make this the best home for the residents! ❤️
