Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Scheduled chauffeured transportation is available to all Oakmont residents for appointments and outings in our town car. Oakmont’s bus is available for larger group outings and off-site excursions.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
Our skilled culinary team craft delicious entrees, garden fresh salads, and mouth-watering desserts. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided daily to residents; beverages and snacks are provided throughout the day.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes
What is the cost of living in your community?
See attached fee schedule. We have a one-time community fee that is $6,000 or equal to one month's rent.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Our Health Services Director communicates with the primary contact when there is a change of condition or as needed by other team members. Call me to discuss.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
Our community generally runs full, so we do not offer respite/short-term stays.
Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
I currently have a waitlist for a private studio in memory care. There is a $2,000 (refundable) deposit to be placed on our waitlist.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes, we offer a Flu/Covid clinic each flu season.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes, we are an age-in-place community, including hospice. I currently have a waitlist for a private studio in memory care. There is a $2,000 (refundable) deposit to be placed on our waitlist.
