In less than 30 days: 86 year old mom fell to concrete floor (documented), an employee pilfered through mom's purse and personal items (documented), she was groped by another patient (documented), and then you dumped her out of your facility without any of her personal items, we had to send someone to retrieve them. You have a lot of room for improvement. You need to be audited.
