    Located in the charming Nuuanu valley along Pali Highway, Nuuanu Hale strives to meet the needs of its residents, by providing a safe environment to restore or maintain their optimal functioning. Established in 1975, Nuuanu Hale is a locally owned 75 bed State Licensed and Medicare/Medicaid Certified Long Term Care Facility, where health care professionals provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our services include skilled nursing and rehabilitative services, intermediate care, dementia care, hospice services and respite care. Nuuanu Hale is part of the Family Health Organization, along with Liliha Healthcare Center, a 92 bed State Licensed and Medicare/Medicaid Certified Long Term Care Facility.
