Overview of Professional Staff and Training
At our Assisted Living facility, we employ Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Medication Technicians (Med Techs), and Care Staff. Each professional undergoes rigorous training specific to their role to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
Safety and Well-being Measures
At New Haven, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents. We have a concierge available from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday, and 7 AM to 7 PM on weekends. Our front doors lock at 8 PM, and any visitors arriving after hours must call for the Assisted Living Staff to grant access if necessary.
Transition Support Services
We offer resources to help new residents transition into the community, including pairing them with resident ambassadors and providing a new resident orientation to familiarize them with our community.
Transportation Services
Medical transports are available Monday through Wednesday within a 10-mile radius. Our activity director organizes shopping trips and off-site activities throughout the month, with transportation provided for those who sign up.
Dining Experience
Residents enjoy three meals a day, with breakfast from 7 AM to 9 AM, lunch from 12 PM to 2 PM, and dinner from 5 PM to 7 PM. An attached menu offers a variety of options, and an everyday menu is available for those who prefer an alternative to the daily offerings. Dining areas provide a restaurant feel, with Independent Living waitstaff and Assisted Living/Memory Care staff serving the residents.

Our open-door policy allows residents to reach out to management staff in person, via email, or phone call to address any concerns that may arise.
Cost of Living
A current cost list for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care is provided to give you an overview of the expenses associated with living in our community.
Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain open communication with residents' families, working closely with our Director of Resident Services and Care staff to ensure all needs are met through in-person meetings, emails, and phone calls.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Respite stays are available based on room availability, with Assisted Living priced at $190 per night and Memory Care at $350 per night.
Pet-Friendly Community
We welcome pets under 30 lbs as long as the resident can care for them, with a one-time $500 nonrefundable pet fee.
Waitlist Information
We currently have a waitlist for 2-bedroom units in Independent Living and 1-bedroom units in Assisted Living, with limited availability in other units.
Vaccination Clinics
During certain times of the year, we offer flu and COVID-19 vaccination clinics for our residents.
Aging in Place
Residents can age in place at New Haven, with Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care available. While we do not offer skilled nursing, we can assist in recommending facilities if required.
