Opens retirement housing on one of the most well known party streets next to one of the best known party colleges in the entire United States and then complains about the partying. Use their money to buy off judges and shut down decades old local businesses. They should pay millions to the businesses they have already destroyed and to the ones they are still trying to destroy. They should also be forced to immediately hand over the building with zero compensation and the building should be turned into affordable and/or student housing. Despicable company. Additionally, every person involved in approving this development should be fired and barred from ever holding such a position ever again as they are clearly either too incompetent or corrupt.
This place is awful. Right in the heart of ASU music and club scene. Then they have the gall to sue the local businesses over noise complaints. A disgrace to the community. If you don’t want your windows to rattle, don’t move onto a college campus.
