We do not have a waitlist, we currently have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available for move-in.
Community Staff
Our community is similar to other regular apartment communities and we have onsite staff, including a community manager, assistant manager, and 2 sales specialists. We also have a maintenance team onsite.
Active Adult Community
Our community is active adult so we do not provide transport or additional services such as meals/dining. Our residents live independently and can reach out to our staff for any concerns or maintenance requests they may have.
Pet Friendly
We are a pet-friendly community.
Medical Support
We do not provide any medical support/assistance as we are active adult living.

We pride ourselves on our community amenities and have an abundance of activities to partake in as members. Amenities include a 24-hour wellness and fitness studio; pool with a sun deck; Pickle Ball & Bocce courts; game, movie theater and craft rooms; activities and socials; and more!
