Magnolias of Summerville is an amazing facility. The faculty there are so caring and I truly believe they do their jobs because they love it. Each and every person there impacts each patient in someway. My family grew to love the staff at Magnolias and we are forever grateful for them helping my grandma.
My mother was a patient at Magnolias from November 2021 until June 9, 2021. I can honestly say without a doubt this place is very caring. I got to know most of the nurses, helpers, office staff by name and I felt very confident in their care for my mother. We had to have hospice come in towards the end of her life and the nurses worked with the hospice staff and always kept me informed of any change or anything. The day my mother passed away the nurses, aides, housekeeper, office staff, activity director all were standing in the hallway waiting to say goodbye to her. They truly did love her and we felt their love as well. There were a few nurses that my mother loved and always talked about them. Magnolias is a place I would trust my relatives with. I cannot express how grateful we are for Magnolias making my mom feel at home and how you showed her family comfort and always welcomed us. Do not want to forgot the maintenance gentlemen (not sure if I can mention names so I will not) he was helpful with moving my mom several times to another room and never complained about it. Would not even let me help. I will not mention the staff names but they know who they are that we cannot express enough how much we really appreciate your care. You are truly doing your job because you do care about others and not just for the money. Also this place was always very cleaned and well kept up with. Highly recommend Magnolias of Summerville.
Magnolias has a wonderfully caring staff that gets to know the residents. My uncle was a resident at Magnolias for about a year and a half before he passed. The entire staff had such kind words about him and each staff member had a favorite memory of him. We had previously placed another family member at Magnolias and based on her level of care, we knew Magnolias was the right place for my uncle. My family thanks the Magnolias staff for their professional services and personalized care of its residents.
Caring staff took great care of my family members there. If I ever needed quality elder care this is where I'd want to go. Clean, attractive facility and the staff's degree of caring gave me confidence my loved ones could spend the remainder of their life happy and well looked after.
It's simply awful. Some of the people working there are really dedicated, but the woman who runs this please is a depressed, miserable human being who BTW in never there! Currently my mom is a resident, but we are looking for a new place. It's a shame, this facility has went down so much past year.Susan
One of the best Senior Assisted Living Facilities in the Charleston area. The staff is wonderful, the residents are always happy, and they have really taken care of everything for us. They offer assisted living, independent living, memory care, and much much more. I highly recommend Magnolias of Summerville for your senior family members!
Absolutely love Magnolias! After touring all facilities best decision I could have made for my Mom. The staff treated her like family. Management went over and beyond to make her feel welcome and safe. Having Nurses in the building at all times made a huge difference in my decision. Feels like one big family. I would recommend to anyone.
Wonderful place! I want to thank Cindy & Ashley & their stuff for the wonderful care that they take of my mom in law. My mom in law raves about the stuff, activities & ice cream hour : )Whenever I came to visit, I'm warmly welcomed with smiles and hugs. They always have time to keep me posted about everything. Most important- the nurses and aides always treat my mother in law with respect.Very pleased with this Facility!!!
If you're looking for assisted living in the Charleston/Summerville area, look no more. Can't say enough about the terrific care provided to my mother by Magnolias -- an excellent team of caregivers! And the many activities keep the residents active and engaged. Each time I visit I find my mother playing bingo, exercising, or enjoying the many choral groups, musicians, and other entertainment - exactly what she needs.
