The following statement of our fees and charges for providing services under the Michigan Home for the Aged Licensure as defined by Public Act 218 of 1979, as well as services included in the basic rate or available for an additional charge:
Basic Rate $5,227.00 per month (studio)
$5,881.00 - $6,871.00 per month (one bedroom)
Second Person in Apartment $1,000.00 - $1,750.00 per month

- Room, Board and 24 hour supervision
- Locked facility with audible alarms
- Wearable Nurse Call
- Three nutritionally balanced meals served daily in the dining room. Meals will be provided to the resident if they are ill and unable to come to the dining room. Snacks are available upon request 24/7.
- Weekly cleaning of apartment
- Weekly laundering of linens and personal clothing
- In home recreational activities
- Personal Care, Per Resident Care Agreement such as bathing, dressing, toileting and hygiene
- Assessment planning

Overview of Professional Staff and Training
We have 1.5 FTE of RN’S on our staff. The remaining are caregivers, some are certified nurse aides and others are not. All must have at least 6 months experience. Our staffing ratio is 1 to 12 on day shift, 1 to 12 on afternoon and 1 to 20 on the night shift. This only is for the caregivers. We do CPR training on all staff.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We are a locked down building. So no one can go out of the building without a badge, key fob or the access code. We have a reception desk which is staffed 8-4:30 M – F and 10-4pm Sat and Sun.
Transition Support Services
We have a full time chaplain, full time social worker and activities staff that all help with the transition.
Transportation Services
We do offer this, but it is first come first serve basis.
Dining Experience
We have a dining room, three meals served from there. There is a set menu, if someone doesn’t like an item, we have an always available menu they can choose from.
