Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our facility is staffed with certified caregivers, med techs, an LPN for weekend coverage, and an RN Wellness Director. We also have a Resident Services Director for our Independent Living (IL) residents, an Assisted Living Director, and a Memory Care Director. All staff members undergo ongoing in-services and training throughout the year to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest quality of care.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, our entrances are keypad locked during times when our concierge is not on duty. Our concierge service is available 7 days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM.
Transition Support Services
We offer resources for downsizing, home sales, and moving. Upon move-in, new residents are assisted by resident ambassadors to help them transition smoothly into the community.
Transportation Services
Our community provides transportation services, including scheduled shopping days and open transportation on Wednesdays and Fridays. Transportation must be scheduled 72 hours in advance and is available for destinations within a 10-mile radius.
Dining Experience
We offer anytime dining from 7 AM to 7 PM, featuring restaurant-style service with a full array of menu options, including lunch and dinner specials.
Resident Complaints and Issues
If a resident has a complaint or issue, they should first contact the director of their level of care. If not satisfied, they can escalate the issue to the Executive Director and continue "up the food chain" all the way to the CEO if necessary.
Cost of Living
The cost of living in our community starts at $3,661 for IL, $4,600 for AL, and $7,250 for all-inclusive Memory Care. AL levels of care range from 1-5, with the highest level costing an additional $2,500 per month.
Communication with Residents' Families
The Wellness nurse and the Director of each care level are available to families. We communicate any changes, good or bad, via call or email based on the family's preference provided upon move-in.
Short-Term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term stays ranging from 2-6 weeks. The cost is $235 per day for IL, $250 per day for a studio in AL, $285 per day for a 1-bedroom in AL, and $275 per day for Memory Care. However, availability in Memory Care may be limited.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are a pet-friendly community with a $300 pet fee and a $25 monthly charge. In AL, pet care can be added to the resident's service plan.
Waitlist Information
