Do not recommend. They got one of the best locations. However management don't care of residents and maintenance the appartments. Pool is durty, laundries are out of order, maintenance is low key professional, management do not listening to residents requests. These appartments are very old and need a huge restart! Do not recommend at this point

We were told that our application was approved and to go ahead and turn electric on in our name. We went ahead and did that and got movers to move us and now they are saying our application is denied. My husband, daughter, and I are now homeless.

This 1970's build apartment 55+ complex needs work, starting with the black mold cascading down each staircase and almost all the sidewalks leading up to residents doors. Poor first impression.

My mom was there and I take care of her the building complex is very concerned with its tenants they take care of any problems that are occur in the apartments you pay a little more but you get a lot for it

I would give less stars if I could. This place is VERY expensive and they're absolutely disgusting!. They have black mold in their units, as well as termite infestations. They also have wasp and Hornets nest in all the breezeway. This place DOES NOT take care of their tenets at all and I would HIGHLY recommend to find some where else. These people are complete SLUM LORDS!!!

Did a co application for my dad and myself as his part time caregiver here 24 days ago. The second day we had to call and pay a 240 dollar utility bill that was in collection. They said that was the only thing holding the application up. Now for the past 3 weeks they keep telling us that their back round check company is "waiting for one undisclosed county to return an all clear on my background" The move in date was supposed to be 8 days ago but they continue to keep the application in a pending status and they say there is nothing they can do to speed the process. Finally told them forget it and give me the money back. Meanwhile my 77 year old Father who is 530 miles away alone fell yesterday and could net get to a phone for 5 hours. Now he's alone in the hospital. This is a great, caring place for seniors

While still living in Boulder, Colorado, before 2012, I was able to find my apartment via emails and phone calls via Imperial Palms Leasing. After having narrowed my choices to 3 apartment complexes, I chose this 55-plus community because of the range of its amenities: laundry pickup and delivery, meal service and regularly scheduled golf-cart trips to the nearby shopping center for food shopping, Bealls Outlet, Dollar General, Chinese restaurant, etc. Currently, the response to maintenance requests is excellent. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Just starting my third year year and when i came i knew no one in Florida so i wanted a community atmosphere. It is wonderful here. The grounds are well maintained, my apt is very nice, and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. Safety was also a big on my list and i feel extremely safe here. The only downside that i can see is limited activities after 5:00 PM / weekends for those who work but maybe that can change after COVID. I was only going to do only a year here and then buy in the area, but i am still here. I really enjoy living here.
