1 Bedroom Pricing for Independent Living
$2820 plus utilities (electricity, internet/phone services) and a one year contract.
There is an additional fee of $900 for an extra live-in resident in all of the independent living apartments.
Needed Documents for Application Process
Community Fee - $2000.00 – Half at application and Half upon move in
- Apartment Reservation Fee– Personal Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order -made payable to Imperial Club in the amount of $1000.00 (No Cash or Credit Cards)
- Completed and Signed Application Form and Application Deposit Form
- Copy of Driver’s License, Photo State ID or Passport
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Proof of Income: 1.5 x rent amount in the form of either/or combined documents (last 2 months of Bank Statements, Savings/Money Market, Retirement Accounts, current personal 1040 Tax Return
- Copies of Medical Insurance Cards (Only if Assisted Living)
- Copy of Power of Attorney (if applicable)
- Landlord Verification Form – please have current Landlord complete, sign and return

Apartments are private one bedroom 552 sq ft with closet space, a separate living room area, kitchenette area with cabinet space, and 1 full bathroom.
Each resident can also control their own thermostat in their apartment.
Location
The location of the Imperial Club is a most desirable one. We have wonderful shops and restaurants in close proximity to the community. We are located 14 miles from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and approximately 15 minutes away from Hallandale Beach.

We offer independent living with a community laundry room onsite.
Socialization / New Friends
Imperial Club is a wonderful, caring, and thriving community with the loveliest of residents. Our senior living community is active and social all within a supportive environment. Our residents are fun and vibrant and like to enjoy music and dancing. The myriad of on-site exercise programs, activities, and entertainment will all aid in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Our mission is to help residents remain active and engaged – intellectually, socially, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our residents enjoy 3 meals a day prepared by our culinary staff led by Executive Chef James. At Imperial Club, our chefs source foods from the finest local vendors. Nutrition is paramount, and there are many specialized diet plans to choose from. We cater to your food allergies or needs: Sugar-Free, Low Sodium. New menus are crafted regularly with an emphasis on seasonal and locally available produce.

Please note that we are a private pay community, residents must make two times the rent to qualify and provide proof of income.
In Summary:
We offer a full package of amenities which include 3 gourmet meals per day, housekeeping, transportation, a full schedule of daily education, exercise programs, fun activities, and so much more! We have a beautiful outdoor, heated Swimming Pool which is open year around as well as an Activity Room for our residents to enjoy. This is inclusive in the monthly rent.
