The monthly fee is $5,926 and the one-time Community fee is $5,000.

Personalized Service Fee
Based on individual needs and preferences, a personalized service plan is developed for each resident at Pacific Springs. Depending on the number and frequency of services, a resident may have a service level fee in addition to the basic fee. Prior to a move to Pacific Springs, and on a regular basis, our staff works with the resident, family and physician to assure your personalized service plan is tailored to your specific needs.
Basic Service Level Basic Fee Includes Essential Personalized Services
- Service Level 1 Basic Fee + $500/month
- Service Level 2 Basic Fee + $800/month
- Service Level 3 Basic Fee + $1,100/month
- Service Level 4 Basic Fee + $1,400/month
- Service Level 5 Basic Fee + $1,700/month
Service level fees are subject to change.
How to make a reservation
- A one-time $5,000 non-refundable community fee is due upon execution of the agreement (if resident has previously paid this fee to any Immanuel community this fee is automatically waived).
- Pro-rated first month’s rent is due upon move in.
The monthly service fees are guaranteed until June 30, 2024.

Overview of Staff and Training
Our care staff members include professionals with LPN, CAN, and Med aid certifications. Training is ongoing, adhering to the State of NE requirements for licensed assisted living facilities.

Transition Support Services
Our staff provides orientation, our pastor offers spiritual support, and “buddy” residents assist with new resident orientation to aid in the transition into the community.
Transportation Services
Transportation to medical appointments and social calendar events off-campus is included in our amenities.
Dining Experience
We offer 3 restaurants where assisted living residents receive 3 meals/day at their choice of restaurant. Our menus provide a wide variety and lots of choices, with all items cooked to order. Our Wellness team collaborates with Culinary services to ensure healthy options are available.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Resident complaints and requests can be made verbally to staff members, anonymously in writing via a suggestion box, and through an annual satisfaction survey.
Communication with Residents' Families
We utilize Connected Living for independent and assisted living family communications. This app allows family members to receive the same communications distributed throughout our campus. Assisted living and Memory Support families also receive updates from the nurse as needed, and staff is available for family consultations upon request.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do not offer respite care at this time.
Pet-Friendly Community
Pets are welcome in independent apartments or patio homes only.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
Yes, we conduct occasional vaccination clinics on site for Covid and flu vaccinations.
Aging in Place
While we offer various levels of care including independent living apartments and patio homes, assisted living apartments, and memory support, residents move to the appropriate apartment for each level of care on our campus as their needs change.

We currently have one apartment available now. It is a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartment, measuring 460 sq. ft.
